Q. I saw a sofa that I liked a few months ago, and now the store says it is discontinued. Is there a way I may special order it? A. In an effort to meet the various needs of our customers, we introduce new products twice a year. Unfortunately, to make room for the new styles, we must discontinue some as well. Once we have discontinued a style, we can no longer produce it. However, individual dealers can carry different styles at different times. Please contact us, or have your dealer contact us, to see if the style is still available, and be sure to visit your local JLI retailer to see our exciting new products.
Q. How do I care for the fabric or leather on my new sofa? A. Jonathan Louis does not endorse any particular cleaning products. Please refer back to your retailer for the care and cleaning codes for the fabric or leather you purchased. If normal cleaning does not take care of your problem please consult a professional cleaner. Q. Can I purchase additional pillows or fabric? A. Yes. Additional pillows and fabrics for decorating are available through your local JLI dealer.
Q. What should I do if I have a problem with my sofa? A. While we do not anticipate any problems with your new Jonathan Louis purchase, if one does occur, please contact the dealer that you purchased it from. To view our warranty go to our home page and click on “Warranty”. |
