Claim Procedure for Consumers

Please contact the Jonathan Louis Int. authorized dealer from whom you purchased your furniture for any returns, repairs or part claims covered by our Lifetime Limited Warranty. Your receipt and product information are necessary for fulfillment of the warranty.

Jonathan Louis is not responsible for scheduling or the cost of transporting furniture from the consumer's home to the retailer or from the retailer to JLI.

If you have moved or if the dealer from whom you purchased your furniture is no longer able to serve you, please fax, mail or e-mail the following information to the Jonathan Louis Int. Customer Service Department.

  • Copy of your receipt with purchase date
  • Specific description of the problem
  • Day time phone number and or e-mail address
  • Mailing address
