All of our furniture is expertly crafted at our manufacturing facilities in California and Mexico. All of our locations use the same raw materials and meet our rigorous standards for superior workmanship in every piece we create.
All furniture made by Jonathan Louis complies with all rules and regulations in effect at the time of production. As of June 1, 2014, all furniture made by us uses NON-Fire-Retardant foam and fabric. However, furniture made prior to that date, by law, had fire retardant foam in it. If your furniture was made after Oct 2012, then it included a fire retardant that was free of any chemicals listed on California’s Prop 65. The fire retardant used at this time was a Non-Halogen Phosphorus Ester.
We recommend obtaining information through your retailer. Please be sure to contact the store you purchased your furniture from first to learn more about your coverage.
As a manufacturer, our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your new furniture under normal use:
Wooden frame: 7 years after the date of original purchase.
Seat cushion foam, filling, and springs: 3 years after the date of original purchase.
Back cushions and toss pillows: 1 year after the date of original purchase.
Fabric and all other elements: 1 year after the date of original purchase.
FOUR (4) YEARS AFTER THE DATE OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT ARE NOT DISCLAIMED HEREIN.
Jonathan Louis offers a 1-year warranty on fabric cushion covers, and a 3-year warranty on seat cushions. Please refer to our full warranty for more information.
Jonathan Louis offers a lifetime warranty (7 years) on the frame, and a 3-year warranty on springs. Please refer to our full warranty for more information.
