Your order is very important to us, and our factory teams are working hard to ensure that you can enjoy your new furniture as soon as possible. Due to unprecedented order volumes, added safety measures we’ve implemented to ensure the health and wellbeing of our employees, plus concurrent supply chain and freight challenges related to COVID-19, we are experiencing production delays which may extend your original order delivery date. To obtain the latest updates on your order, we kindly request that you contact your retailer directly. At the manufacturer level, we do not have access to personal order details to protect the privacy of retail customers.

At Jonathan Louis, every custom furniture item is made to order, handcrafted by our skilled team members. We’re very grateful for your patience as we work to ensure that every custom order is completed as swiftly as possible while continuing to follow our rigorous quality assurance process every step of the way.

We understand – nobody likes delays. And nobody (aside from you!) wants your furniture to arrive on time as much as we do. Rest assured that our teams are constantly working to identify new solutions to help mitigate the current challenges and improve our customers’ overall experience.
